Refunds

  1. Consultation charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
    परामर्श शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
  2. Medicine charges are not refundable once the medicines have been dispatched from our end.
    हमारी ओर से दवाइयां निकलने के बाद ,दवा के शुल्क एक बार भुगतान करने के बाद वापस नहीं किया जाएगा।
  3. Medicines can be replaced but not refunded.
    दवाइयां बदली जा सकती हैं लेकिन पैसे वापस नहीं किये जायेंगे।
  4. Only Sealed medicines will be replaced not the open ones.
    केवल सीलबंद दवाइयां ही बदली जाएंगी, खुली दवाइयां नहीं।
  5. Medicines can only be replaced within 3 months of dispatch.
    दवाइयों निकलने के तीन महीने के भीतर बदली जा सकती है।
